Each expert contributes in a clearly defined role, on a project-by-project basis, and is remunerated through a daily fee for the actual work delivered.
This means clients pay for specialised expertise, focused delivery, delivered outputs and measurable contribution — not for people sitting in offices or for unnecessary overhead.

Dr Andrei Stoiciu is a senior international adviser and Team Leader specialising in strategic communication, public diplomacy, information integrity and behavioural influence. He holds a PhD from Sciences Po Paris—Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris—where his doctoral research examined influence and social persuasion, the impact of networks and disruptive social games. With more than 26 years of experience across over 60 countries, he has led multinational teams and complex programmes throughout Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, the United States and multilateral environments in Brussels, New York and Geneva.
As Founder and Principal Adviser of Influence Architects, he created the 52 Human Blueprints™—a framework for understanding recurring behavioural patterns and designing ethical, resilient influence systems. He is the author of eight books and hundreds of articles and has contributed to more than 30 strategic communication, public diplomacy and behavioural-influence campaigns. He has taught in MBA programmes and trained public officials, including prosecutors and judges, in behavioural observation, information elicitation, counter-disinformation and resilience to hybrid information threats.
His work helps institutions and leaders align communication, behaviour and operational reality—building trust and influence systems that remain credible under pressure and withstand real-world scrutiny.
