This programme helps you understand how others experience you—not only how you intend to present yourself. It identifies the gap between projected identity and perceived identity, then shows you how to build authority without artificial performance or theatrical dominance. The programme unpacks executive presence across six layers: Identity: the professional role and values you claim. Narrative: how you explain who you are and what you represent. Behaviour: the signals conveyed through language, posture, listening and reaction. Decisions: whether your choices confirm or contradict your stated principles. Relationships: how your presence changes across hierarchy, conflict and cultural settings. Digital expression: whether your online profile reinforces or weakens your real-world authority. Practical exercises are based on situations such as entering a sceptical boardroom, managing a difficult stakeholder, delivering an institutional presentation, responding to public criticism, leading a multicultural team or negotiating without formal authority. You will use selected 52 Human Blueprints™ to recognise recurring reactions, Performance versus Structure to separate authentic capability from compensatory display, and Identity & Tempo to understand how timing, intensity and adaptation influence perception. Participants do not receive generic advice to speak more slowly or appear more confident. They receive structured feedback on how their credibility is actually produced—and where it is being lost.
